What, how and for whom? Creating a well-adjusted and balanced instructional program poses certain challenges for libraries as institutions of limited resources. This article focuses on the approach taken by the Centre for Information Literacy at the University and State Library of Tyrol, which concentrates on modelling solutions on statistical data.
