Synopsis

Since 2016, the VÖB Commission for One Person Libraries (OPLs) has provided a platform for networking, exchange, and training for small specialist libraries. OPLs are defined by comprehensive tasks managed by a single professional. The commission enhances visibility, promotes expertise, and targets young information professionals. VÖB enables this exchange and remains a key hub for committed librarians in Austria.
